Suspected Fraudster Arraigned for Contract Scam

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission on Monday arraigned one Ogbonaya Chibuzor before Justice D.V Agishir of the Federal High Court Enugu, Enugu State for offences bordering on advanced fee fraud and obtaining money by false pretence.
