Barring any last minutes change of plans, there is an arrangement for a crucial meeting by all the South East governors following increasing agitation by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) for the actualization of an independent state of Biafra, even as IPOB activists on Monday locked down Aba, the commercial city in Abia state, demanding the immediate release of their detained leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.
