Four Questions For Col Hassan Who Called For Genocide In The Niger Delta by Oraye St Franklin

Spread the love

This morning Nigerians were struck by the rude shock of the comment by Col. Hassan Stan-Labo, a Pro Buhari Security Expert calling for the murderous and genocidal  sacking of Niger Delta Communities over alleged pipeline vandalism by supposed former militant agitators of the region.

The unfortunate statement in very clear terms advocated “the the  levelling of Odi” of the communities should they fail to produce the said “boys”.

He rebuffed the threats and the violation human rights that would ensue by merely saying, in utter disdain while shaking his head, “HERE WE GO AGAIN”.

As though that was not enough damage, in a shocking outburst that left his interviewers and audience dazed, he flared up saying, “UNTIL NIGERIA IS VISITED BY SEVERAL BOKO HARAM, WE SHALL NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO”.

That outburst was undoubtedly a glorious Freudian Slip. It prompts the following questions:

  1. Is Boko Haram a creation of some people to prepare the ground and basis for “WHAT TO DO”, as Colonel Hassan intimated on?

  1. What did he mean by NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO?

  1. Who are the ‘WE’ that he referred to? It cannot be the majority of Nigerians as they will not sanction genocide.

  1. Is the annihilation of the mass of Niger Deltans WHAT TO DO?
