The Chief of Staff to Delta state Governor, Olorogun David Edevbie has felicitated with the Executive Assistant (E.A), to Governor Okowa on Communication , Barr. Fred Latimore Esq. on the occasion of his birthday celebration.

Edevbie, in a statement made available to newsmen ” described Fred Latimore as a quintessential communication guru with vast knowledge on political communication.

The Eagle Pen as he’s fondly called has used his pen to contribute in no small measure to the development of the state , the statement added

The COS, further described Fred Latimore as a grassroot politician whom have used his wealth of experience to support the growth of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the state.
