The Chief of Staff to Delta state Governor, Olorogun David Edevbie has felicitated with the Executive Assistant (E.A), to Governor Okowa on Communication , Barr. Fred Latimore Esq. on the occasion of his birthday celebration.
Edevbie, in a statement made available to newsmen ” described Fred Latimore as a quintessential communication guru with vast knowledge on political communication.
