All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN) Issues Disclaimer Against Farouk Rabiu Mudi Group
All Farmers Association of Nigeria (AFAN) has described a group led by Farouk Rabiu Mudi, parading themselves as caretaker of AFAN as a fraud.
Arch. Kabir Ibrahim, the National President of AFAN clarified the matter in a statement on Thursday, insisting that the association’s constitution never envisaged a caretaker Committee status for the body and therefore had no such provisions.
He urged the general public to note that “there has not been any National Election in AFAN and therefore nobody apart from the undersigned is the legitimate National President of AFAN.”
“The AFAN constitution does not have any provision for a caretaker committee”, he concluded.
