As part of efforts to end the spread of COVID-19, the Enugu State Fire Service, led by its Chief Fire Officer, Engr. Okwudiri Ohaa, commences decontamination of public places (phase four) with the newly procured automated mini trucks, other equipment.

The Fire Service has so far disinfected Kenyatta Market, Enugu, disclosing that 153 Customary Courts across the 17 LGAs have been decontaminated in addition to the High Courts and Magistrate Courts that had been disinfected earlier.

Residents were however reassured of state government’s commitment to continue with the exercise in schools, hospitals, churches, among other public places.
