(VIDEO) Why You Can’t Allow Anything Stop You – Imo SA Diaspora to Aspiring Footballers

The Special Adviser (SA) to Governor Hope Uzodinma of Imo State, Chief Cllr. Celia Osakwe-Hibbert has given aspiring footballers in the state hope to remain on track.

While addressing the young aspiring footballers the Imo SA Diaspora urged them never to allow anything stop them.

She maintained that any of the young footballers can become as successful internationals like the big names in their careers today if they don’t give up.

Chief Celia Osakwe-Hibbert, who is an elected Counsellor in the United Kingdom emphasised that she was like everyone of them but travelled to the UK in pursuit of her dreams a few years.

SA Diaspora Inspiring Young Footballers

Cllr. Celia Osakwe-Hibbert then promised the young people of possible support from Diasporans whilst praising them for remaining focused on their aspirations. 

The Governor’s Aide then seized the opportunity to call on all young people in various fields in the state to awaken their political spirit by joining a serious party, preferably the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

She added, “I am very interested in a party that embraces the voices of young people.

“Imo APC has demonstrated that this is possible and I want to encourage young people to leverage on this opportunity accorded to us by the SDG Governor, Sen. Hope Uzodimma; therefore I urge young people to go to their various Wards and register as APC party members.

“Imo APC is a youth responsive political platform, with this we can begin to drive the change we clamour for.

“Registration is ongoing and finishes at the end of the month. Hurry to your respective Local Government Areas and Wards”, she said.
