Business mogul and philanthropist Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim Idris on Friday, in the ancient City of Abejukolo-Ife headquarters of Omala Local Government Area of Kogi State, was coronated with the traditional Chieftaincy title of OCHADA ONU IFE by the Ojogba of Ife and Omala Local Government area council of Chiefs under the watch of the paramount ruler of Ife Kingdom, Chief Boniface Musa.
Abubakar Ibrahim Idris is eldest son of former Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris (Ibro).
The epoch making event attracted dignitaries from different Political diverse, traditional rulers and business magnets.
His recognition as the OCHADA ONU IFE conferred on Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim Idris by the Omala Kingmakers was sequel to the decision taken by the Kingmakers of the ruling house to encourage him (Alhaji Abubakar Ibrahim Idris) to do more for the land of his forefathers.
Addressing a mammoth crowd of admirers and supporters that trooped out from the 21 Local Government Areas of the state, the Ochada Onu Ife, Chief Abubakar Ibrahim Idris intimated that his turbaning as Ochada Onu Ife will service as a stimulus for him to contribute more to the socio-economic and political growth of Omala land and by extension Kogi State.
