The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Lagos State Command, gotten a new State Commander. He is Barr. Alumona Calys. Â
The spokesman of the command, Mallum Musa in a statement confirmed that the new commander took over from Barr. Ralph Igwenagu N. and assumed duty on Wednesday.
During a brief hand-over ceremony at the State headquarters at Ikoyi, all the management officers were in attendance as the outgone Commander, Barr. Ralph Igwenagu commended the officers and men of the Command for giving him their support and cooperation.
He maintain that, during his tenure, he enjoyed a solid working relationship with the State Government and all the Sister Security Agencies in the state.
In his response the incoming Commander also maintained that he is going to build on the current tempo, soliciting for the same level of cooperation to be extended to the former commander.
Before his posting, the new Lagos State Commander of the NDLEA, Barr. Alumona Calys was the State Commander, Ondo State Command while the outgoing Commander, Barr. Igwenagu has been posted to Bayelsa State Commander as the state Commander.
