Governor Inuwa Yahaya Visits Gombe Pilgrims In Mina, Saudi Arabia, Doles Out Cash Gift To Pilgrims

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya (Dan Majen Gombe) has doled out the sum of 200 Saudi Riyals equivalent to 40, 000 Naira to each of the Gombe State Pilgrims who performed this Year’s Hajj exercise as a Sallah gift (Goron Sallah).
The Executive Secretary of the State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alh Sa’adu Hassan Adamu disclosed this to newsmen and the Pilgrims at Mina, Saudi Arabia.
Alh Sa’adu Hassan who thanked the Governor for his benevolence, and called on them to reciprocate the gesture by offering special prayers to the governor, the state and the country at large.
The beneficiaries who spoke to newsmen shortly after collecting their shares, described the visit by the Governor to their tents and his generosity as motivation, praying Almighty Allah to reward the Governor abundantly.
Meanwhile the state contingents after spending the day at the mount Arafat, completed their first and second stoning of Jamrat, preparing to proceed to Mecca tomorrow Monday after stoning the third Jamrat.
Report reaching us indicated that all the Pilgrims are hale and hearty.
