SDP’s Adebayo Says I’m In Presidential Race To Win, Warns Against Fake News, Mischief
The presidential candidate of the Social Democratic Party (SDP), Prince Adewole Adebayo has said that he is in the presidential race to win, warning mischief makers and fake news peddlers against spreading rumours of his withdrawal from the race. .
He specifically called on the All Progressives Congress (APC), the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the Labour Party (LP) not to mislead the public to believe that he has stepped down for or collaborating with either of them.
In a tweet, he said, “I get inquiries by well meaning voters, irritated by mischievous rumours, innuendoes and fake news by @OfficialAPCNg, @OfficialPDPNig and disappointingly also @NgLabour that SDP is in collaboration with them or I have withdrawn for any of them. It a lie. Ignore them. Vote for SDP”, Adebayo tweeted.
