It was a moment of excitement and an event to cherish and reflect when CMC GLADIATORS of Repute conferred an Award on Mr Ibrahim Adetuga, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of 1 Million Landlord Nig. Ltd, a famous property and Real Estates Company in Lagos.
Before the presentation of the award, the Head of CMC GLADIATORS, Amb. Cornel Udofia disclosed that his Organization is a media and Public Relations outfit with a mandate to hunt, identify, nurture young and budding Artists, recognize and celebrate individuals in the public and private sectors who have excelled in their chosen professions and endeavors, work with different security agencies to reduce incidents of crime and criminality through information sharing and dissemination as well as empowering of the youth through capacity training & building.
He stated that CMC GLADIATORS, over the years, have observed that Mr Ibrahim Adetuga has shown much interest in developing and empowering the youth through the various trainings he has initiated for them which he acknowledged that his efforts has taken so many youths off the street and make them self reliance and employers of labour which he claimed, has contributed immensely to the nation’s growth.
Amb. Cornel said in view of the above and coupled with his contributions to the development of the Real Estates & Property industry, CMC arrived at the decision to celebrate him with an award.
After reading the citation of the award recipient, Mr Ibrahim Adetuga by a Nollywood Actress, QUEENSLY JOHN of CMC, Amb. Udofia performed the brief ceremony where he conferred Mr Ibrahim Adetuga with An AWARD of EXCELLENCE for his Remarkable contributions to the development of Real Estate sector and Entertainment industry.
In his acceptance speech, Mr Ibrahim Adetuga said the award and recognition by CMC is a motivation for him to do more in his chosen profession and the youth and also to keep aligning with others to advocate for good governance.
In an interview with newsmen, Mr Adetuga advised youth to rise up to the occasion and take their rightful position with the can-do spirit.
He disclosed that he started his Real Estates business with virtually no cash but has risen to prominent through hard work and resilience.
He said in order to be a good leader, one must be a good listener, appreciate ideas from others, treat subordinates fairly and be able to lift and encourage others.
He advised the present federal government to create more jobs, empower the young ones and create opportunities for businesses to thrive.
He said if the government can provide constant electricity, good road network and good business ambience, that the irregular migration of the youth abroad will greatly reduce and their energies channelled into productive ventures in the country.
He further disclosed that he has a passion for youth development which explains his penchant for training and empowering them
Mr Ibrahim Adetuga is a seasoned entrepreneur and innovator in the real estate sector and the CEO of One Million Landlord Nigeria Limited. He is considered a formidable force in the real estate industry.
His areas of expertise lie in the Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation.
