Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Sunday, condoled the Uloho family of Ughelli Kingdom, Ughelli North Local Government Area on the passing of their illustrious son, Chief Austin Uloho.

Governor Oborevwori, who sent a high-power delegation led by a former Secretary to the State Government, Rt. Hon. Festus Agas, to commiserate with the family, said the passing on of Chief Uloho was not just a huge loss to the family and the people of Ughelli, but to Deltans in general.

Presenting a condolence letter written by the Governor to the Uloho family, Agas said; “you will recall that shortly before the last general elections, the Governor came here to seek the prayers and support of Chief Austin Uloho who prayed for him and wished him victory and, by the grace of God, Governor Oborevwori triumphed in the election.

“The Governor would have loved to quickly come in person but because of the exigencies of duties, he was unable to come.

“He has, however, sent a high-power delegation to the Uloho family and, on behalf of the Delta State Government, I wish to formally condole the Uloho family on the passing on of Chief Austin Uloho.
