“The new campus will require Library, Health Centre, Lecture Halls, among others and we are grateful and optimistic because the Governor has promised to develop the Ozoro and Orerokpe campuses speedily.”

When asked if the relocation of the Faculty of Management Science to Orerokpe will not shrink the university as argued by some persons, the Vice-Chancellor said the relocation will not affect the University in any way because there are other programmes in the area of engineering, information technology and communication which will be established without further delay to take over the environment the faculty of management science occupied today at Ozoro. There is no problem at all,” the Vice-Chancellor said.
