The Delta State Government has clarified its intervention on several Federal Government roads within the state. The goal is to provide Deltans and other Nigerians with unimpeded access for transporting goods and services.

The State Commissioner for Works (Rural and Riverine Roads), Mr. Charles Aniagwu, emphasized the importance of completing the old Umutu-Abraka-Eku road as an alternative to the failed Umutu/Eku Road. Additionally, he urged the Federal Government to expedite the reconstruction of the Agbor-Abraka-Amukpe road.
