Delta State Governor, Oborevwori, Celebrates Prof. Sam Oyovbaire’s 83rd Birthday, Lauds His Contributions to State and Nation
Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has extended warm felicitations to renowned elder statesman and former Minister of Information, Prof. Sam Oyovbaire, on the occasion of his 83rd birth anniversary.
