Cultural Fiesta Rocks Ibadan as Lekan Alabi Hosts Isale-Osi Real Born Day Ceremony

Former Governor of Oyo State, Senator Rashidi Adewolu Ladoja, was the Father of the Day, while Oloye ‘Lekan Alabi, Maye Olubadan of Ibadanland and the first Culture Ambassador of the National Museum and Monument, Ile-Ife, Osun State, hosted the ceremony. The event featured a bestowment of awards on individuals who have made significant contributions in various fields.
Popular Fuji musicians, including Alhaji Rasheed Ayinde Merenge, Alhaji Taye Currency, and Alhaji Fatai Adisa (Mr. Facons), took turns to entertain the guests with their performances, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The ceremony attracted top dignitaries, including Senator Sarafadeen Alli, Honourable Dikrullahi Olajide Stanley Odidiomo, Engineer Dotun Sanusi, and Comrade Awa Bamiji. Former First Lady of Oyo State, Alhaja Mutiat Oladoja, and Chairman of Ibadan Southwest Local Government, Honourable Kehinde Akande, were also in attendance.
