Matawalle Briefs President Tinubu on Significant Security Progress in North-West, Hails Military Efforts

His presence, alongside the Chief of Defence Staff and other military chiefs, led to the elimination of several bandit leaders, demonstrating the government’s unwavering determination to flush out terrorism.
The Minister urged residents of Sokoto, Zamfara, Katsina and Kebbi states to cooperate with security forces, remain vigilant and provide intelligence to ensure the success of ongoing operations.
He stressed the importance of community support in defeating insurgency.
