The Chairman of Port Harcourt City Local Government and ALGON Chairman, Rivers State, Hon. Ezebunwo Ichemati, has congratulated Governor Sim Fubara on receiving an honorary Doctor of Science degree from the University of Medical Science, PAMO, Port Harcourt.
