AASU President, His Traditional Ruler, Others Set For 2024 Avodim Day Celebration

The Presidency of the All-Africa Students Union (AASU), under the leadership of H.E Osisiogu Osikenyi E., the traditional ruler of the AASU President’s home Community, HRM Eze Boniface Onyemachi; and the President-General of Avodim Development Union (Federated), Cde Igwe Innocent Clement, are thrilled to invite the public to the 2024 Avodim Day Celebration, scheduled to take place on Monday, December 30, 2024, at 12 noon.

The event will be held at Ahia Nkwoukwu Village Square, Avodim – Ubakala, Umuahia South Local Government Area of Abia State under the distinguished chairmanship of Mr. Chamberlain Emeka.

The celebration promises to be a momentous occasion and it’s expected to bringing together esteemed guests and dignitaries.

Special guests of honour include High Chief Oliver C. Jacob, Sir Engr. & Dr. Mrs Innocent Adiele, Chief Augustine Ibekwe, and the President of the All-Africa Students Union (AASU), H.E. Cde Osisiogu Osikenyi Enyinnaya.

The event is a testament to the AASU’s commitment to promoting unity, progress, and development across Africa.

As emphasized by Cde Gerard Musabanganji, Vice President (East Africa) of the AASU, “This celebration is a call to action, a reminder of our collective responsibility to build a brighter future for ourselves and for generations to come.”

The public were, therefore, cordially invited to attend the 2024 Avodim Day Celebration and be a part of the forthcoming momentous occasion.
