Making a passionate appeal to President Tinubu for a ministerial slot and a Vice-Chancellor position for the zone, which is hosting the University of Nigeria Nsukka (UNN), the group said that “As the largest Senatorial Zone in Enugu State, we humbly appeal to President Tinubu to consider our zone for a ministerial slot.

“This appointment would not only be a well-deserved recognition of our zone’s contributions to the state but also provide us with a stronger voice in the federal government.

“Furthermore, as hosts of the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka, which boasts the largest number of professors, we urge the President to consider our zone for the position of Vice Chancellor.
