The Executive Chairman of Oru West Local Government Area of Imo State, and the state chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Hon. Ikenna Adikibe, marked his birthday in a historic and grandiose manner.

The State ALGON Chairman was surprised by an unscheduled visit from his wife and family at the Council headquarters.

The atmosphere was electrified by an outpouring of solidarity and goodwill wishes as the family delegation, led by his wife, Lolo Uloma Shola Adikibe, celebrated the illustrious son of the council. The gathering saw the high level heads of departments and staff of the councils espoused the Chairman and offered prayers to God for His kindness to Engr. Adikibe, acknowledging his leadership qualities and resilience.

Lolo Adikibe prayed for more of God’s generosity, ushering in a year of unparalleled joy, serendipity, and fulfillment. The celebration was a testament to the transcendent power of love, especially during the Valentine month.
