NNPP Chairman Warns Distractors To Stay Away From The Party

The National Chairman of New Nigeria’s Peoples Party (NNPP), Dr Agbo Major, has warned distractors parading themselves as members of the party to stay away from the party.

Dr. Agbo gave the warning at a post convention briefing in Abuja.

He urged the remaining members of the kwankwassiya group to peacefully exit the party as their leaders and stop cursing more distraction in the party.

He said that the board of trustees led by Dr Aniebonam,on 4th of February 2025 completed the assignment as directed by the Abia High Court, adding that all relevant submissions have been made to INEC.

“We are sure that in the next few days, changes in INEC records would be effected. I urge the body to do what is right in compliance with rule of law always”.

“We once again call on the remaining remnants of the kwankwassiya group to peacefully exit our dear party and find cover somewhere as their leaders are presently doing”.

“It is our hope that any other political party would look at their direction and accept their treacherous and deceitful antecedents and bear the consequences.

“I urge the press to stop listening to these unemployed characters, sinking clowns and lunatics who are sponsored to create instability in NNPP” Dr. Major added.

“We are united in our resolve to move on towards 2027 and consolidate the gains made so far as a party”, he emphasized.

When asked if there is any plans on ground to merge with other parties for 2027 elections, Dr Agbo said there is nothing like that insisting that the party leadership is going working to reposition ahead of subsequent elections.
