The Kogi State Government, in a groundbreaking move to accelerate sustainable development, has introduced the Land Use Charge Law, 2024. This initiative was unveiled today by Sule Salihu Enehe, Executive Chairman of the Kogi State Internal Revenue Service (KGIRS). Speaking at the launch, Enehe described the Land Use Charge not merely as a levy but as a long-term investment in the infrastructure and public services of Kogi State.
