A grassroots political group, the MBM Political Movement, has extended its heartfelt congratulations to Dr. Abdullahi Bello, the Kogi State All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman, on his prestigious appointment as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Agricultural Research and Rural Management Training Institute, Ilorin.
