Delta Sports Commission Congratulates Gov. Oborevwori on Vanguard Award

The Delta State Sports Commission has extended heartfelt congratulations to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on his recognition as Governor of the Year 2024 (Good Governance) at the Vanguard Personality of the Year Awards.

In a congratulatory message, the Chairman of the Commission, Hon. Onoriode Oborevwori, described the award as a well-deserved honor, reflecting the Governor’s significant strides in advancing the development of Delta State within a relatively short period.

“I, Hon. Onoriode Oborevwori, Executive Chairman of the Delta State Sports Commission, on behalf of the Members and Management of the Commission, warmly congratulate our leader and principal, His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, Executive Governor of Delta State, on your meritorious recognition as Vanguard Newspaper’s Governor of the Year 2024,” the statement read.
