In a heartfelt Easter message, Chief Isaiah Onoriode Esiovwa, National Organizing Secretary of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON) and Chairman of Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State, has commended Governor Sheriff Oborevwori for his transformative leadership across the qstate.

Speaking on behalf of ALGON Delta State and its Executive Council, Esiovwa praised the Governor’s initiatives, noting that they have significantly boosted economic growth, enhanced the ease of doing business, and improved critical sectors such as rural development, health, education, and social services. He emphasized that these efforts have not only uplifted the standard of living for residents but have also solidified Delta’s status as a rising hub of development.

Reflecting on the significance of Easter, Esiovwa drew parallels between the message of Christ’s resurrection and the ongoing progress in the state, urging citizens to embrace faith, resilience, and collective trust in God’s plan. He called on Deltans to celebrate the season with joy, mindful of the enduring lessons of hope and renewal that Easter represents.

Offering prayers for continued wisdom and strength for Governor Oborevwori, Esiovwa expressed optimism that Delta State would continue its trajectory of growth under the Governor’s stewardship.

“He is risen! He is risen indeed!” Esiovwa concluded, invoking the timeless Easter proclamation of victory and renewal.
