In a commendable act of community outreach, the Akwa Ibom State Police Command, under the leadership of Commissioner of Police CP Baba Mohammed Azare, paid a compassionate visit to the Divine Children Home in Atan Offot, Uyo, on Tuesday, April 22.
The visit featured the donation of essential food items to the orphanage, aimed at supporting the welfare of children in the home. The initiative reflects the Police Command’s broader commitment to social responsibility and the well-being of vulnerable members of the community.
Speaking on behalf of the Divine Children Home, the caretaker, Miss Emenebong Okokon expressed deep appreciation for the generous support.
