The National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement, Dr. Yunusa Tanko, has continued consultations with national stakeholders as part of efforts to advance the group’s vision of good governance and transformational leadership for Nigeria.

According to him, the visit was aimed at strengthening collaboration with respected figures while restating the movement’s mission of demanding accountable leadership as championed by the 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate, His Excellency Peter Obi.
“Yesterday, 24/08/2025, as part of our building bridges across the Niger, I stated the mission and vision of the Obidient Movement with clear emphasis and demand for good governance and leadership in Nigeria as captured by His Excellency Peter Obi. I visited Professor Isa Ali Ibrahim Pantami, a renowned Nigerian Islamic scholar and cleric with impeccable credentials who is a Nigerian public official, academic, and IT professional,” Dr. Tanko said.
Professor Pantami, born on October 20, 1972, in Gombe State, has had a distinguished career in academia and public service.
