The Provost of Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa, Dr. Paul Femi Fashagba, has congratulated Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo and the people of Kogi State on the occasion of the state’s 34th anniversary.

In a goodwill message signed by Dr. Fashagba on behalf of the Governing Council, management, staff, and students of the institution, the College expressed delight at the progress, growth, and development the state has recorded since its creation. The Provost described the milestone as a moment of reflection and celebration for every indigene, noting that the institution is proud to be part of Kogi’s journey.

He prayed for continued divine blessings upon the state and guidance for its leaders in their efforts to build a brighter future for the people.

The Provost also extended special felicitations to the Secretary to the State Government, Past (Mrs.) Ayoade Folashade Arike, PhD, on her 60th birthday. He lauded her years of dedicated service and wished her good health, happiness, and more years of fruitful contributions to Kogi State and humanity at large.

Dr. Fashagba reaffirmed the College’s commitment to supporting the vision of the state government and called for collective effort in working towards a prosperous and peaceful Kogi.

“Congratulations once again, Sir,” he added in his closing message to the governor.
