The Obidient Movement Worldwide has formally activated its Situation Room ahead of Saturday’s decisive Anambra State 2025 governorship election scheduled for November 8, with a dedicated multi–platform monitoring hub set to go live by 8:00am.

In a major mobilisation push released late Thursday night, the National Coordinator of the Obidient Movement Worldwide, Dr. Yunusa Tanko, confirmed that the Situation Room will run full real–time updates from accredited monitors, grassroots structures, and citizen–reporting channels across all 21 local government areas in the state.

A digital flyer released to the public shows call lines, WhatsApp reporting hotlines, and social media channels that voters and observers can reach throughout Election Day, as the movement intensifies its drive for transparency, issue–based participation, and credible process monitoring.

A female host appears prominently in the promotional design — she is presented as the frontline anchor of the live Situation Room stream, which will broadcast from the Obidient digital studios. The graphic indicates she will anchor live reports, citizen calls, and real–time incoming field assessments.

According to the official notice signed by Dr. Tanko, Obidients and the wider Nigerian voting public in the state are urged to tune in across all Obidient Movement media handles beginning tomorrow morning.

Dr. Tanko’s statement reads in part:
“Our situation room for the Anambra 2025 Gubernatorial Election is live by 8am tomorrow 8th of November 2025. Please tune into our social media platforms to watch live. Share this information to all platforms. Our target is to give you update report from the Obidient Movement structure.”

He added that the legitimacy of Nigeria’s democracy remains in the hands of voters — specifically the electorate of Anambra State — who now shoulder the responsibility of choosing their next governor.

“The election is in the hands of Anambarians… Ndi Anambra it is your choice on who govern you… A New Nigeria is POssible,” the National Coordinator declared.

Contact Channels Released for Citizens’ Election Day Reporting

The Obidient Movement has released dedicated phone numbers and WhatsApp lines to receive reports, videos, alerts, and direct field intelligence from polling units and communities throughout the state.

The Situation Room — which will operate as a civic transparency command centre — is expected to feed real–time evidence–based information into national conversation streams and help counter misinformation as it occurs.

Tense Final Hours – Stakeholders Watch Closely

As political parties scramble into final night–before preparations — and security formations complete their deployment — Saturday’s vote remains one of the most closely watched sub–national elections since 2023.

Whether this poll becomes a watershed moment for Anambra — or merely another electoral cycle — will depend on turnout, vigilance, and the choices of the people.

Tomorrow, Anambra voters will decide.
