The Community Structure Foundation for Good Governance (CSF), a coalition of professionals and community leaders committed to national development, has submitted a draft party constitution and policy document to the African Democratic Congress (ADC) at the party’s national headquarters in Abuja.
The group was tasked to produce the documents by the immediate past leadership of the party.
The CSF delegation was led by its National Coordinator, Engr. Gambo Daniel Balarabe Mnse, and was received by the Secretary of the ADC Constitution Review Committee, Hon. CID Maduabum, as well as the Special Assistant to the ADC National Chairman on Policy Development, Hon. Chille Igbawua.
Receiving the draft constitution on behalf of the party, Hon. Maduabum commended CSF for the initiative, describing the submission as a valuable memorandum that would contribute to the party’s ongoing constitutional review process.
In his response after receiving the draft policy document, Hon. Igbawua disclosed that the ADC is in the process of developing a comprehensive policy framework which all candidates contesting elections on the party’s platform would be required to sign and faithfully implement if elected. He stressed that the ADC is building a party structure where supremacy lies with the party itself, rather than a system in which elected officials dictate to the party that sponsored them.
Speaking with our correspondent shortly after the submission of the documents at the weekend, Engr. Balarabe Mnse said CSF is driven by a deep commitment to promoting positive change and sustainable community development across Nigeria. According to him, the foundation’s mission is to empower communities, foster good governance, and drive collective progress.
He explained that CSF is anchored on the principles of inclusivity, transparency, accountability, and social justice, noting that the group believes every citizen has a role to play in shaping the future of their communities. He added that the foundation is committed to providing a platform for like-minded individuals to collaborate and make meaningful contributions to national development.
Engr. Balarabe Mnse further stated that CSF comprises professionals, community leaders, and individuals from diverse backgrounds united by a shared vision of a better Nigeria. He emphasized that the foundation is not affiliated with any political party, but remains focused on grassroots development, civic engagement, and social responsibility.
