Where to Secure Tertiary Admission without JAMB

Spread the love

Every year, millions of Nigerians struggle for a space in tertiary institutions. At least, 1.5 million students write the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) every year, but only a fraction of that number successfully gained admission into either University, Polytechnic or College of Education.

Substantial number of students are left out and faced the hard choice of waiting extra year for any hope of furthering their studies. In some situations, students may wait two or three years before gaining admission, and this, many times, frustrated some students from progressing in their studies.

This is not to say UTME is bad, but trying to point out that students, just like every other people, have an alternative way to achieve their academic goal. Yes, you can bypass UTME and still gain admission into a school, where you have the opportunity of fulfilling your goal.
