School Reopening: Enugu Govt Schedules Stakeholders Meeting

The Enugu State Government has scheduled a stakeholders’ meeting ahead of schools reopening.
The state Ministry of Education has announced a meeting with major stakeholders in the state’s education sector, on Monday, January 4, 2021, to discuss schools resumption in the state.
According to a statement issued by the Commissioner for Education, Prof. Uche Eze, the outcome of the meeting will be duly communicated to the general public.
The development is not unconnected with the second wave of the Coronavirus spread across the globe and the consequent rise in the number of new infections in Nigeria.
