Nigeria Records 1,444 new Cases of #COVID19, Discharges 717 in Lagos State, Backlog of 2,825 in FCT
The National Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 1,444 new cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria on Sunday.
According to the NCDC in its latest data, there are a total of 717 community recoveries were discharged in Lagos State, while a backlog of 2,825 community recoveries were discharged in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) managed in line with guidelines.
Lagos State recorded 901 new infections; Plateau, 136;
Kaduna, 57; FCT, 54, Ebonyi, 53; Akwa Ibom, 52; Nasarawa, 32; Osun, 29; Ogun, 28; IMO, 16; Oyo, 16; Edo, 15; Kano, 14; Rivers, 10; Ekiti-7; Borno-6
Abia-5; Benue, 4; Yobe, 4; Kebbi, 3; and Anambra, 2
“As at 17th January 2021, there are 110,387 confirmed cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria, 89,317 discharged and 1,435 dead.
