A new digital, commercial radio station in the heart of Owerri, South-East Nigeria, Toast 90.3FM has commenced full transmission following an approval letter from the Nigerian Broadcasting Commission (NBC).
The General Manager of Toast 90.3FM, Ify Onyegbule, in a social media post said their “core values of professionalism, discipline, integrity, accountability and diligence truly defines the true qualities that you find with our presenters in the way they carry out their responsibilities and in their relationship with the audience.”
She said, “We fully commenced operations today February 9, 2022 with approval from the NBC conveyed via a letter.
“With our programming, Toast FM appeals to a wide range of audience across the South East and adjoining states and across borders through our live stream on the internet.
“Our Vision is to tell our own stories while Informing, Educating and Entertaining our Audience, adding value to their lives and giving them a voice which we do through our carefully planned and researched programmes at different times of the day.
“Our programming goes beyond the responsibilities of the media to Inform, Educate and Entertain because we give the audience the opportunities to provide feedback about issues that concern them through special and innovative programmes that address prevalent issues.
“We take pride in our Mission which is to provide Unbiased and Accurate information in a Concise and Professional manner to bring about Positive Change in our community and by extension to the world which has become a global village.
