AASU President Bags International Outstanding Students Leader of The Year 2024
The President of the All-Africa Students’ Union (AASU), H.E. Osisiogu Osikenyi E, has bagged the International Outstanding Students Leader of The Year at the ongoing Admirable Achiever’s Awards Nigeria 2024.
The award event is holding alongside the Miss Admirable Nigeria beauty pageant at the Cyprian Ekwensi Centre For Art And Culture In Garki area of Nigeria’s Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja.
The Admirable Achiever’s Awards were presented to the continental student leader, who is the first Nigerian to be elected AASU president since the body was established 52 years ago, and other recipients of other categories of awards.
It was conferred on him by the National Association Of Nigeria Students (NANS) JCC FCT.
In his acceptance response, President Osisiogu, who appreciated the students for the award, pledged to represent them better at the umbrella body of students’ associations in the continent.
