As the Nyankpa Kingdom marks a historic milestone, the President of the All-Africa Students’ Union (AASU), His Excellency Osisiogu Osikenyi E., has extended warm felicitations to His Royal Majesty Barr. Dr. Joel Sabo Aninge, MFR, the Odyong Nyankpa of Panda Development Area in Karu local government area of Nasarawa State, on the occasion of his 25th Royal Anniversary.
In a heartfelt message released on Monday, Osisiogu hailed the monarch’s quarter-century reign as a period defined by visionary leadership, educational advancement, cultural preservation, and peaceful coexistence.
Describing HRM Aninge as a pillar of progress and unity, the AASU President commended the monarch for transforming the lives of the Nyankpa people and setting a shining example of royalty dedicated to the common good.
“Your Majesty’s leadership has been marked by remarkable strides in community development, education, and the overall well-being of the Nyankpa Nation,” Osisiogu stated. “We are proud to identify with your accomplishments which include promoting youth empowerment, fostering inclusive growth, and nurturing the cultural roots of your people.”

Under the stewardship of HRM Aninge, the Nyankpa Chiefdom has seen a renaissance of peace and development, drawing admiration from across Nasarawa State and beyond. The AASU President particularly highlighted the monarch’s efforts in uniting residents of all backgrounds and fostering harmony among diverse ethnic groups in the region.
“Your reign has been a beacon of wisdom, diplomacy, and compassionate governance,” Osisiogu added. “As ambassadors of this Kingdom, we are inspired by your unwavering commitment to uplifting Panda District and all of Nasarawa State.”
Concluding the tribute, Osisiogu offered prayers for long life, divine guidance, and continued service to humanity, while reaffirming the students’ union’s admiration and support.
“LONG LIVE HRM Barr. Dr. Joel Sabo Aninge, MFR. LONG LIVE THE NYANKPA NATION,” the message concluded.
The silver jubilee of HRM Aninge’s enthronement stands not just as a celebration of tradition but as a powerful testament to transformational leadership at the grassroots.
