The Lagos State Police Command on Saturday, 14th May, 2016, have arrested two night club robbers, name Abibu Yaya and one Kazeem.

The two robbers according to the Police were arrested in the wee hour through its parade operatives team attached to Onireke Police Station.

The robbery suspects were intercepted while going in commercial taxi with registration no XK 736 KRD.

Information from office of the Command’s Spokesperson, Superintendent Dolapo Badmos, revealed that the two men are from Alaba-rago area of Okokomaiko, Lagos.

SP Badmus said after a thorough search by the team one locally made revolver gun, four mobile phones, three neck chains and sum of N16, 000, were found on them. Adding that, upon interrogation the suspects confessed that they just robbed a club in Surulere.

Dolapo however stated that the case will be transfered to Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) section in Ikeja for discreet investigation. http://thestreetreporters.com/?p=5644
