The Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) is seeking collaboration with Nigerians in Diaspora

The Chief Operating Officer of ANAN, Dr. Musa Ahmed Muhammed stated this when the Association visited the Chairman/CEO, NIDCOM, Hon Abike Dabiri-Erewa, who was represented by Engr. Dr. Sule Yakubu Bassi, Secretary, NIDCOM in Abuja.

The Chief Operating Officer, ANAN, explained that as a professional body, ANAN’s impact will be felt more if branches are established outside the shores of Nigeria.

Mohammed added that ANAN has already contacted a professional accountant who is also a fellow in USA and wants to help them set up a branch in the USA.

Dr. Mohammed said that the aim was not just to open a branch in the USA but hopes that NIDCOM should give ANAN the enablement to establish offices in other parts of the world.

He also appreciated the prompt response of NIDCOM to issues that concern Nigerians all over the world, urging them to keep up the good work.
