Against the backdrop of recurrent attacks on security personnel by some disgruntled Nigerians, the Commandant General of Nigeria Peace Corps, Dr Mustapha Muhammed Abubakar has revealed that his agency is ready to collaborate with other sister agencies, to fish out and punish attackers of security personnel.

Dr Abubakar explained that no individual is bigger than the law, hence the law enforcement agencies should not hesitate to bring culprits to justice, no matter how highly placed.

“No individual has any right to abuse, embarrass, insulting and manhandle the officers of the law, as no individual is higher than government and the state. Every unscrupulous element in the society should be made to face the full wrath of the law. This is the position of Nigeria Peace Corps under the leadership of Dr Abubakar as injustice to one is injustice to all.”
