Hon Kovie Celebrates As President Tinubu Signs Maritime University Okerenkoko Bill into Law

The signing of the Maritime University Okerenkoko Bill of Establishment into law by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu marks a historic milestone for Delta South Senatorial District and a testament to the tenacity of Senator Joel-Onowakpo Thomas, the distinguished voice of Delta South at the national assembly has demonstrated exceptional dedication and ingenuity in tackling the obstacles that previously hindered the progress of the Bill.
His strategic and proactive measures ensured that the challenges, which prevented the Bill from receiving assent during the administration of former President Muhammadu Buhari, were successfully surmounted.
Hon Kovie Andrew Epetuku, a Governing Council Board member, National Mathematical Center FCT, who hails from Delta South celebrates this historic accomplishment with immense pride & looks forward to the transformative opportunities it will bring to the region, & Nigeria at large.
The Maritime University Okerenkoko now has the legal framework to thrive as a center of academic excellence and maritime innovation.
Kovie also encouraged the Governing Council Board members, which includes his friend Chief Dr Adewale Adeogun to put in efforts, intellect and all necessary measures to ensure the successful management and running of the institute for the general good of mankind.
Hon Kovie concluded that this remarkable achievement is a lasting legacy that will positively impact generations to come and thank president Tinubu “aka T-GAIN” for bringing hope back to the region.
Hon Kovie in the same vein thanked President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for signing the Bill establishing Federal Medical Centre Ovwian Delta Central into Law.
The Federal Medical Centre is a remarkable achievement by the House of Representative member from the region, Hon Rev Francis Ejiroghene Waive, who sponsored and ensured the bill was given assent by the president.
“We the people of Delta are sincerely grateful to our beloved president and pray for God’s continuous guidance, wisdom ,and protection as our result oriented president leaves no stone untouched in ensuring that all sectors of the Nigeria economy are positively improved.
“Nigeria must succeed”, he said.
