ESDIAC Global Systems Limited, a Nigerian technology company, has officially unveiled its telecommunications platform in Abuja, announcing its entry into Nigeria’s data and digital communications market with a range of services designed to connect Nigerians to local and international destinations.
The unveiling, held at Guzape, Abuja, marked the company’s expansion into Nigeria following its reported acquisition of the necessary licence to operate in the country’s data market, positioning it to offer global eSIM, internet data, international voice calls and airtime top-up services.
Speaking at the event, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ESDIAC Global Systems Limited, Mr. Austin Ugbebor, outlined the company’s vision of providing Nigerians with an integrated digital communications platform capable of connecting users across geographical boundaries.
Describing the platform as a comprehensive global communications solution, Ugbebor said: “ESDIAC is one app, the whole world, your global stop for calls, data and top-ups.”
He explained that the platform was designed to simplify communication by bringing multiple telecommunications services together in one application, while prioritising users’ privacy and security through end-to-end encryption.
According to him, ESDIAC’s services are structured to provide users with affordable international voice calls, high-speed global travel eSIM data and instant airtime and data top-ups across different networks.
The company disclosed that its international voice calling service offers premium-quality calls from $0.01 per minute, while its global travel eSIM provides high-speed internet connectivity in more than 190 countries.
It also offers instant airtime and data top-ups for subscribers across various telecommunications networks, providing users with access to multiple services through a single platform.
Ugbebor encouraged Nigerians to embrace the technology and take advantage of its services, urging prospective users to visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, search for ESDIAC, download and install the application.
He disclosed that new users would receive one free unit upon downloading and installing the application, which can be used to make calls across Nigerian telecommunications networks, as well as international calls to more than 190 countries.
The ESDIAC chief executive also called on Nigerians to leverage the platform to maintain seamless communication with family members, friends, business associates and other contacts both within and outside the country.
Also speaking at the unveiling was the Special Adviser to the President on Economic Matters, Mr. Tope Fasua, who commended Ugbebor and the ESDIAC team for bringing their technology and services to Nigeria.
Fasua expressed pride in the company’s decision to return home and establish its operations in the country, describing the initiative as a welcome development for Nigeria’s technology and telecommunications ecosystem.
“I am proud of what ESDIAC is doing and for also thinking of coming back home to establish this here,” he said.
He expressed optimism that ESDIAC Global eSIM would provide healthy competition for existing telecommunications operators in Nigeria, noting the importance of new entrants and innovative services in strengthening competition within the sector.
Fasua further expressed hope that the company’s products would gain acceptance among Nigerians and contribute to expanding the country’s digital communications landscape.
The entry of ESDIAC Global Systems Limited into Nigeria’s telecommunications market comes with an ambitious proposition: to integrate international calling, global mobile data connectivity and airtime services into one accessible digital platform.
With its emphasis on affordability, international reach, convenience and data security, the company says it is positioning itself to serve Nigerians seeking more flexible communication options in an increasingly interconnected world.
For Ugbebor and his team, the message behind the unveiling was clear: ESDIAC is back home, with a technology-driven vision to connect Nigerians to the world.
