COVID-19 Curfew Enforcement: Enugu Records Improved Compliance

Following aggressive enforcement of the presidential directive on national lockdown at nights to restrict movements as part of efforts to stop the spread of Coronavirus, Enugu has recorded improved compliance.

The Street Reporters Newspaper reports that in line with the 8pm-6am nationwide curfew, Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has continued with the monitoring and enforcement exercise of the restriction order in the state.

Government officials, including the Deputy Governor, Hon. Mrs. Cecilia Ezeilo, the Leader of the House, Rt. Hon. Ikechukwu Ezeugwu joined Gov. Ugwuanyi in the enforcement exercise Friday night.
