Nsukka Roads: Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi Continues to Deliver on Promises
Enugu State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, during of one of his recent pre-contract inspection of roads in the state visited some hitherto deplorable roads in the University town of Nsukka for immediate government intervention.
One of such roads is the Amaobi Street, adjacent to Onuiyi Road, leading to the Nsukka Residence of the first Nigeria President, late Zik of Africa, Dr. Nnamdi Azikiwe.
Today, the Amaobi Street and other roads identified during the visit, such as Amaeze Street/Fide Okoro Road – St. Theresa’s Road/New Anglican Road; Aku Road; Justina Eze Street; New Market Road/ Aludele Road; Umanu Quarters/Onuiyi Road; Ibagwa Road/MCC Junction; Oloto Street; New Anglican Road, among others, have been delivered to standard, in keeping with the governor’s promise during his inaugural address, to equip and modernise the University town of Nsukka, as the second largest town in Enugu State.
