Atiku Care Foundation Alerts Of Fraudsters Using It’s Name

The Atiku Care Foundation has warned that Fraudsters using the foundation’s name are going around duping unsuspecting members of the public of their hard earned money.

This was contained in a statement signed by the Director Media and Publicity, Atiku Care Foundation, Okpani Jacob Onjewu Dickson, issued to newsmen and emailed to The Street Reporters Newspaper Monday July 12, 2021.

“It has been brought to our notice that fraudsters are capitalising on our integrity by using the name of our foundation in dispossessing people of their hard earned resources.

“Please note that Atiku Care Foundation is not doing any empowerment and asking you to register online,” it said.

According to the statement, the Fraudsters use the following message in their engagement claiming to be of Atiku Care Foundation:

Hurry Now and Check if You are Eligible to Receive N10,150 Support Fund As Part Of ATIKU Empowerment Grant.
This Grant Is Available To All Nigerians

It said, the above is a fraud and tasked security operatives to fish out and make those behind it face the full wrath of the law.

“The  Director General of Atiku Care Foundation, Ambassador Aliyu Bin Abbas, through the office of his SA, Collins Onyeaji is by this statement, calling on anyone with useful information on those behind the heinous act to expose them,” it said.
