The Emevor Political Class in Isoko North Local Government Area of Delta State, has congratulated it’s leader, Dr Paul Oweh on his emergence as Chairman of Isoko Unity Group.
Dr Oweh, a medical practitioner, lawyer and astute politician has held several positions in the polity including Chairman Delta State Hospital Management Board, Member State Executive Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Commissioner National Assembly Service Commission and now Commissioner representing Isoko Ethnic Nationality on the board of DESOPADEC.
In a statement signed by the Secretary of the Emevor Political Class, Mr Nelson Egware, said Dr Oweh deserves all the accolades as he has over the years contributed immensely to the growth and development of the Isoko nation in several capacities.
“As a community we are proud of your outstanding accomplishments in politics, medical career, community leadership and we thank members of the group for finding our dear leader worthy of this onerous task of leading the most formidable political pressure group in Isoko nation.
“It is our firm belief that this appointment will bring greater glory to our party in Isoko North and our beloved Emevor community.
“Congratulations and we wish you a very successful tenure as you direct the affairs of the group to a sustainable future,” Egware stated.
