JIDEOFO 2023: APC Presidential Aspirant Releases Interesting Manifesto On Education Sector

2023 presidential aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Chinedu Jideofo-Ogbuagu, has released his manifesto on education sector, insisting that education shall be free to the first degree at the tertiary level.

The manifesto was released by the Jideofo 2023 Presidential Campaign Organisation on Monday.

The details of the manifesto stated that if elected, the administration of the APC aspirant will provide “Free, compulsory and qualitative education to all Nigerians to first university degree in Nigeria” and the government will have “Zero-tolerance for corruption and criminality – including cultism, sorting, handout, malicious strike, etc.”

According to the manifesto, “25-30% of national budget for education sector”, while “No one whose child(ren) is/are studying abroad will hold any public/civil service office in the education sector or any other public sector.”

The manifesto added that “No one who holds a foreign citizenship in addition to his/her Nigerian citizenship will hold any public/civil service position in the education sector or any other public sector of Nigeria”, just as “No foreign national will hold any office in the education sector or any other public sector of Nigeria.”

The presidential aspirant vowed that “We will fix and prosper Nigeria!”
