…Mourns Victims, Prays for Repose of Their Souls
Former Chief Security Officer to late General Sani Abacha, Dr. Hamza Al-Mustapha has reacted to the Monday’s terrorist attack on a Kaduna-bound train by bandits. The attack caused the death of some Nigerians, leaving others hospitalised.
The bandits had reportedly abducted some other passengers from the ill-fated train.
However, in his reaction to the attack on his Facebook page on Wednesday, Dr. Al-Mustapha commiserated with families who lost their loved ones and prayed for the repose of their souls.
He said, “In it’s entirety, I strongly condemn the poltroon attacks at the rail lines connecting Abuja-Kaduna”.
He added that the terrorist attack was unacceptable, saying, “This (for me) is totally unacceptable and should be condemned at all levels.
“Human life is one too precious and should not be extinguished in any form.
“I commiserate with families who lost loved ones and pray for a repose of their souls.
“I call on security and intelligence agencies to seek collaborative efforts in acting speedily whilst doubling up efforts in ensuring peace and security of lives and properties”, Dr. Hamza Al-Mustapha said.
