Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State was at the country home of the Senator representing Enugu North Senatorial District, Senator Chukwuka Utazi, in Nkpologu, Uzo-Uwani Local Government Area, on Friday, to commiserate with the federal lawmaker over the death of his elder sister, Mrs. Maria Ezenwa (Nee Utazi).

Some of the dignitaries who joined Senator Utazi and his wife, Dr. Uchenna, to receive the governor on arrival were the Chairman of Uzo-Uwani LGA, Hon. Chukwudi Nnadozie, the National Ex-Officio, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Princess Edith Nneka Okolo, the immediate past Commissioner for Environment, Enugu State, Hon. Chijioke Edeoga, and the Chairman, Enugu State Universal Basic Education Board (ENSUBEB), Chief Ikeje Asogwa.

Also at Nkpologu to receive the Governor Ugwuanyi are the Chairman, Enugu State Urban Renewal Committee, Arc. Chris Offor, his wife, Eucharia, Chief Barr. Okey Ezea (Ideke), Chief Mathias Omeh, Hon. Dr. Malachy Ugwu, Hon. Dominic Nnaemeka Ezema (Decency), Hon. Daniel Okweli, among others.
